A short term goal of getting my physique / shape back after the Covid-19 5 month lock down. Something similar to this picture…
I really let things go the last 4 to 6 weeks of being away from the gym and have some work to do. ButI think its reasonable that this goal is achievable by the end of this year.

June 27, 2020 at 8:53 pm #10506AndrewKeymasterIv only been able to do small things while away from the gym. After about 5 months of doing very little and no motivation in lock down… it looks like my physique has “melted” Not proud of these, but here they are.
July 4, 2020 at 9:12 pm #10509AndrewKeymasterI have started my diet and can start to see some small changes around my waist. I stopped drinking everything beside water and added some morning cardio, 20 min low intensity on the stationary bike in addition to my walks to and from the gym. So in total its about 120 min of cardio. Im currently working with yams / sweet potato and oats for carb source. Also eating chicken leg + thighs and eggs / egg whites for protein sources. Pretty standard bro foods.
Iv been easing back into my gym routine with a lot of high rep until i feel ready for some heavy compounds… My ass looks like its melted away.. wtf ?
July 17, 2020 at 9:28 pm #10512AndrewKeymasterAbs are starting to coming in… I take these shots first thing in the morning, so that is the reason for the sour puss face. :good: I have been limiting myself to one cheat day a week, but am still not eating outside of the hose… So my cheats are anything i can find around here, fruit and cookies etc. I have lost around 9 pounds total and am starting to “shape up”, I might attempt hitting some poses soon.
July 18, 2020 at 9:45 pm #10546AndrewKeymasterLooking forward to seeing some poses bud
July 19, 2020 at 11:03 pm #10551AndrewKeymasterlol, will be posting soon my friend
August 8, 2020 at 11:35 am #10518AndrewKeymasterAdded my heavy bench and squats back into my workout routine… not ready for dead lifts yet. I will add deads back in once my other two lifts start to level off strength wise. Still feel “undersized” but am starting to pop out in certain places. My weight has been leveling off the last couple weeks, so i think i may add a couple low carb days Mondays and Fridays.
August 15, 2020 at 12:04 pm #10521AndrewKeymasterFat is starting to come off in my “trouble” spots… glutes and inner thighs, the skin is thinning out. My back fat / love handles should start to go in the coming weeks and ill have thinner looking waist again :yahoo:
August 22, 2020 at 12:17 pm #10524AndrewKeymasterFinally my waist is coming in… took a couple weeks to build up the momentum. Details in my back are also starting to appear. I think i might start upping the intensity of my walks by adding a 40 lbs waited vest on my leg days… See what happens.
August 29, 2020 at 10:31 am #10530AndrewKeymasterResults are starting to build, happy with whats going on so far… more and more lines are starting to poke their way threw as my skin starts to thin out. Ill have to add another low carb day. For a total of 3 for my carb cycling days… Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Excited for the next round of pics :good:
September 14, 2020 at 10:55 am #10547AndrewKeymasterLooking at this weeks progress pics give me that sense of motivation that i have been looking for :good:
Mid section and other details are starting to look solid.
September 20, 2020 at 9:16 pm #10631AndrewKeymasterAnother week of progress, down a pound and a half… Can see my glutes are coming in. I noticed that i feel a bit more fatigue this week, nothing major and is to be expected the leaner i get. I am thinking of adding a fat burner product to my equation for some added calorie burning effect.
September 26, 2020 at 6:15 pm #10668AndrewKeymasterAdded this product from Fusion to my routine for the week and i think its making a big difference.
I take it pre workout and i notice it has a “mustard” like after taste to it… I notice its helping me “dial in”, helping exess fat melting off during my hikes… Neat :good:
Can really see the difference in details that are coming in… Looks like im hardening up.
