I have a problem staying on my diet. I do fine for the first couple days and then i mess up cant seem to stay on track or put more than a couple days of dieting together. Do you have any suggestions ?

i start by not calling any of my fat friends anymmore. i know it sounds harsh but it works
If i do that I think I will be very lonely. No more girls night or wine
