Satisfied with the progress but this coming week i was thinking of adding another low / zero carb day.

October 31, 2020 at 9:49 am #12140AndrewKeymasterAnother week of home workouts… My weight is staying flat even though the amount of cardio im doing is down slightly because im not walking to the gym anymore. Im told the gyms may open again next week… fingers crossed 😥
November 7, 2020 at 10:57 am #12349AndrewKeymasterWeight is still in check, moving down about half a pound… But i “think” the home workouts / lighter lifting after 2 weeks is starting to take its toll on my physique. Thank goodness the gym is opening up today !
