KeymasterAnother week of home workouts… My weight is staying flat even though the amount of cardio im doing is down slightly because im not walking to the gym anymore. Im told the gyms may open again next week… fingers crossed 😥

KeymasterWeight is still in check, moving down about half a pound… But i “think” the home workouts / lighter lifting after 2 weeks is starting to take its toll on my physique. Thank goodness the gym is opening up today !
