    Satisfied with the progress but this coming week i was thinking of adding another low / zero carb day.

    This was a great week… dropped another pound and i can really see it on the details of my physique… They are coming back :yahoo:

    Note: This weeks training was done at home… diet was 100% on point.

    Another week of home workouts… My weight is staying flat even though the amount of cardio im doing is down slightly because im not walking to the gym anymore. Im told the gyms may open again next week… fingers crossed 😥

    Weight is still in check, moving down about half a pound… But i “think” the home workouts / lighter lifting after 2 weeks is starting to take its toll on my physique. Thank goodness the gym is opening up today !
