Added my heavy bench and squats back into my workout routine… not ready for dead lifts yet. I will add deads back in once my other two lifts start to level off strength wise. Still feel “undersized” but am starting to pop out in certain places. My weight has been leveling off the last couple weeks, so i think i may add a couple low carb days Mondays and Fridays.
