I have started my diet and can start to see some small changes around my waist. I stopped drinking everything beside water and added some morning cardio, 20 min low intensity on the stationary bike in addition to my walks to and from the gym. So in total its about 120 min of cardio. Im currently working with yams / sweet potato and oats for carb source. Also eating chicken leg + thighs and eggs / egg whites for protein sources. Pretty standard bro foods.
Iv been easing back into my gym routine with a lot of high rep until i feel ready for some heavy compounds… My ass looks like its melted away.. wtf ? :unsure:
