Kat has been involved in the fitness lifestyle for over 15 years. She started her training journey like most newbies, no clue what she was doing, and puttering around machine to machine in the hopes of a miracle. However, this is where her love of the iron game started. After a few years of training, Kat started her first show prep and stepped on stage in 2006. She has competing in over 30+ shows, in several different categories since then.
Kat made leaps with her progress over the years, diet and training became the center of her life. With her new look, and her in depth involvement with the sport, Kat is always available to help and work with others, to improve themselves.
